A Practice for Returning to Yourself

Through tarot, journaling, and mindful practice, you are invited to pause, reconnect, and move forward with greater awareness.

Our founder

Meet Kara

I created this space from a place I know intimately: the feeling of being pulled in every direction except the one that leads back to yourself. For a long time, I lived in constant survival—overworked, exhausted, and carrying more stress than I could hold. On the surface, I held everything together. Beneath it, I felt disconnected, uncertain, and overwhelmed. In that season, I realized I had lost touch with my own voice.

During that time, I found tarot—not as a solution, but as a mirror. It helped me pause, face what I avoided, and ask better questions. Journaling helped me make sense of what surfaced, and mindfulness grounded me in the present as I integrated what I learned. Together, these practices changed how I moved through my life—from reaction to intention. As my inner world shifted, my outer world began to follow. Not all at once, but steadily. I gained clarity, direction, and a deeper trust in myself. From that experience, I created Reflective Tarot.

Tools for the Journey Inward

A space for clarity, reflection, and intentional living.

We exist to create space for reflection in a world that constantly pulls us away from ourselves. Reflection allows you to see clearly—beyond noise, assumption, and expectation. Tarot serves as a mirror, helping you recognize patterns, question what you’ve accepted, and reconnect with your inner voice. Through reflection, awareness emerges; with awareness comes choice, and with choice comes the ability to move forward with intention.
