Domestic Shipping Policy

Each order is prepared with care and intention. The following outlines how your items make their way to you.

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, We will contact You via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Letter Mail, No Tracking (Less than 1 oz) · 3–5 business days · $3.00
This option is available for small, flat items such as bookmarks only. This method does not include tracking and is best suited for non-urgent items.
Standard Shipping, Tracked (0.063–1 lb) · 3–5 business days · $7.00
Standard Shipping, Tracked (1–3 lb) · 3–5 business days · $9.00
Standard Shipping, Tracked (3–10 lb) · 3–5 business days · $14.00
Standard Shipping, Tracked (10–20 lb) · 3–5 business days · $22.00

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and the selected shipping method. While estimated delivery windows are provided, international shipments may experience delays that are outside of our control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Certain items containing natural materials may be restricted from international shipping due to import regulations. These items may be unavailable for international shipping depending on destination. If your order is affected, we will contact you directly.

Express International (DHL or UPS)

Estimated delivery times typically range from 1–4 weeks for standard shipping and 5–10 business days for express shipping.

Delivery & Delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control. If your order appears delayed or lost, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Tracked shipping methods will include a tracking number.
Letter Mail shipments do not include tracking.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Reflective Tarot is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your Order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Reflective Tarot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is unclaimed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Reshipping will require an additional shipping payment.

Damaged Packages

Reflective Tarot is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
