Cancellation Policy

The Reflective Post is a monthly subscription service.

When you subscribe, your payment method will be charged automatically on the same day of each month unless your subscription is paused or canceled.

You may pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription portal linked in your order confirmation email.

To receive the next month's mailing, subscriptions must be active by the 15th of the month. Changes made after the 15th may take effect beginning with the following month's mailing.

Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect mailings that have already been paid for, prepared, or dispatched.

Due to the nature of the subscription and the personalized preparation involved, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments, mailings that have already been processed, or mailings that have already been dispatched.
